Michael Jay Moon
“For the last 40 years, I have lived at the intersection of technology, brands, and personal transformation.
I’ve had the privilege of working with many of the great Silicon Valley firms since the early days. This included Adobe, Apple, and Seagate as well as larger established firms such as HP, IBM, and SAP. This reflected my work at the legendary advertising and PR firm, Regis McKenna, as well as at Lutat Battey and my own firms, Michael Moon Associates and GISTICS (innovation think tank)
I’ve had the the thrill of advising many of the world’s largest brands in the area of transmedia brand strategy and customer-engagement infrastructure. This included Amway, Boeing, Disney, Frank Russell, Gap, Hallmark, Hasbro, Nokia, TeleSonera, Thomson Corp, VF Corp, and Warner Bros. Much of what I learned working with these firms, I summarized in my book, Firebrands: Building Brand Loyalty in the Internet Age and shared through 400 keynote presentations and workshops.
I have immersed myself in a variety of personal growth and transformation disciplines. This included EST, Landmark Education, and Neuro Linguistic Programming as well as personal studies with Gregory Bateson, Buckminster Fuller, Steven Feinberg, and Fernando Flores. It also included variety of questing subcultures native to Northern California.
It took me 40 years to discover my singular genius. I bring Truth to Vision of disruptive innovators, insanely great entrepreneurs, and transformational artists. I assist in identifying emergent opportunities and energizing inspired next-action steps towards fulfillment.
I am now co-authoring my second book, Startup Ready: Inner Game of Professional Entrepreneurship. We will address the need for 10 million-plus managers and executives over the next seven years to retool their habits of mind, skillsets, and business knowledge.
‘Startup Ready’ reflects my current focus as an executive business coach, a pair-development collaborator, and workshop leader.”
