During the Test Drive, upload any number of PDFs totaling up to 100 pages; PDF replacements are not included. You can create and replace the responsive mobile content as often as you wish while experimenting with the mobile format. What counts toward the page limit?
Your subscription capacity is the total number of pages active online in your publication. For example, five 100-page documents fill AI-500. On a full subscription, you can replace pages easily without the replacement counting as additional pages toward your allowance. Keep the total content active online within 500 or 1,000 pages. The Test Drive instead has a cumulative allowance of 100 uploaded PDF pages and does not include PDF replacements. Confirm how converted or responsive content is counted before activation.
Can I revise content during the Test Drive?
You may upload any number of PDFs totaling up to 100 pages across the trial. The allowance is cumulative, and the trial does not include PDF replacements. Start with finished documents that have been reviewed and approved in their PDF, Microsoft Word, or other source format. You can create and replace your responsive mobile content as often as you wish during the trial as you experiment with the mobile format. Yes. These are three uses of the same platform, with the same subscription pricing. Organize your documents in one publication and choose the capacity that fits your total active content.
Is AI Test Drive free, and how does the credit work?
It is a $249 paid evaluation for one publication, with any number of PDFs totaling up to 100 PDF pages and two one-hour live online onboarding training sessions. Your 30-day trial starts seven days after account creation to allow time for onboarding. Upgrade to AI-500 or AI-1000 before the trial ends to receive the full $249 credit on your first monthly subscription invoice or your annual subscription invoice, depending on the billing option you select. This is a one-time credit; subsequent invoices use the regular subscription price.
Does monthly billing mean I can cancel each month?
AI-500 and AI-1000 are annual subscriptions. Monthly billing spreads the annual commitment across 12 payments. Annual prepayment saves one monthly payment. Review renewal and cancellation terms with your subscription agreement.
Does RePubIT take a share of my publication sales?
No. RePubIT charges the platform subscription fee and takes no royalties or sales commissions on your publication sales. Built-in subscription and authentication engines and full API access are included in AI-500 and AI-1000. Payment-processing fees, content licensing costs, taxes, and separately scoped services may still apply.
Does full AI access mean unlimited AI processing?
Full access means the GhostDrafter and AI Chat Companion tools are included. Full subscriptions include unlimited content updates and page views. During the Test Drive, page views and responsive mobile content revisions are unlimited, but PDF uploads share a cumulative 100-page allowance and PDF replacements are not included. Confirm any AI processing, model, or usage conditions in your subscription agreement.
What support and implementation help are included?
Plans include the online training and platform support shown above. Custom content development, learning design, LMS integration implementation, and consulting are separately scoped services. API or integration access provides platform capability; implementation work is quoted separately.
What if I need more than 1,000 pages or multiple publications?
